Het probleem: Wereldwijd zien we steeds meer mensen met hart en vaatziekten, suikerziekte (diabetes), in veel gevallen eerst overgewicht (obesitas). Vaak komt dit voor een groot gedeelte voort uit te weinig bewegen. Dit is echter bij lange na niet het enige. Verkeerde voeding en teveel voeding is de oorzaak van 8 van de 10 welvaartziektes Wij zijn, kortom, overvoerd en ondervoed tegelijk! Dit heeft ook te maken onze manier van leven, alles moet snel en er is weinig tijd! Uiteraard helpen roken, alcohol, drugs ook niet echt mee aan de gezondheid. Helaas zien we dat deze problemen het bedrijfsleven veel tijd en geld kosten. De overheid schuift steeds meer verantwoording naar de werkgever, alleen mag de werkgever weinig tot niets daar tegenover zetten. Gelukkig zien we wat dit onderwerp betreft steeds meer beweging. Er zijn al bedrijven die het personeel verplichten te sporten! Wie had dit verwacht in Nederland. Helaas geldt voor iedereen dat na het eten van de lunch de productiviteit met ruim 30 % daalt! Dit wordt geaccepteerd omdat we er allemaal last van hebben. Als u met deze cijfers gaat calculeren komt u op een aanzienlijk bedrag aan weggegooid geld, afhankelijk natuurlijk van het aantal mensen dat u aan het werk hebt. Als je goed bent voor jezelf, is het leven goed voor jou. Maar, zorg je eigenlijk wel goed voor jezelf? De dagelijkse stress, de verwachtingen van anderen en de druk die je jezelf oplegt, zorgen er vaak voor dat je in veel gevallen niet goed voor jezelf zorgt. Hier is voor u als ondernemer een belangrijk winstpunt te halen! Voorkomen is makkelijker dan genezen! De oplossing. Die heeft Business Health Service voor u. Door mensen gebruik te laten maken van onze producten, kunt u ervoor zorgen dat ook na de lunch mensen weer voor 100% actief zullen zijn. Een goed voorbeeld hiervan is, dat bij gebruik van onze energie- en concentratiedrank mensen weer natuurlijke (lichamelijke en geestelijke) energie zullen krijgen en weer zin krijgen om aan de slag gaan. Dit resulteert in een werknemer die zich goed en prettig voelt en juist daar zit pure winst voor het bedrijf. Uitstraling en gastvrijheid is onbetaalbaar. Steeds meer zien we dat uitstraling en onze manier van presenteren in de markt van groot belang zijn. Gezondheid vindt iedereen erg belangrijk, eigenlijk wel het allerbelangrijkste. Maar wat doen we extra buiten onze normale voeding? Wanneer we kijken naar voedingswaarde schrikken we, er zit gewoon onvoldoende in ons voedsel. We krijgen dus te weinig vitaminen en mineralen binnen. Vult u dit aan? We doen dit wel als het oliepeil van onze auto te laag staat, maar het lichaam, dat zijn we gewoon niet gewend. U als ondernemer wordt gevraagd om naar de toekomst te kijken en dit te zien als diepte-investering. Kortom, een cadeautje voor uzelf wat je later uitpakt! Waar is u bedrijf zonder mensen? Nogmaals: het belangrijkste binnen een onderneming zijn uw medewerkers!

People with diabetes and pre-diabetes have a harder time fighting infection. If there is infection in the gums and around the teeth, it makes the diabetes harder to control. Proper dental care is imperative for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

People with diabetes can have a harder time with their teeth. Regular visits to the dentist are vitally important for having a healthy smile. If you have bleeding, swollen gums, you have inflammation that could be making your diabetes harder to control.

Okay, so this was at the Jonas Brothers concert on Nov. 15th. And I have to say it was the best day of my life... so far! Joe, Kevin and Nicholas were constantly looking up at me because I was 1. Dancing in the middle of the isle, 2. Wearing 10 million glow sticks on each hand, 3. Wearing a bright red V-neck shirt, and 4. The lights from the stage were shining directly on me! I loved the whole night but got pissed that everyone was lying saying that they left after the concert. Because it was literally like a minute after the concert ended and they were all "Oh yeah, they left already." And I was like YEAH RIGHT! But yeah anyways, Im new to YouTube so I guess you can suscribe... haha. But yeah, Enjoyyy!

I soon heard the sound of vomit hitting the toilet bowl. I got up and walked into the bathroom. "Are you ok?" I asked, bending down and holding her hair. "I'm f-f-fine." She stuttered. I pulled her body to my bare chest and rocked her. I heard a giggle escape her mouth. "What?" I asked, kissing her hair. "It's just, we're having a baby before we're even married. It's kinda funny." She giggled again. I tensed and i'm sure she felt it. "What?" She asked, looking up. "Nothing. It is funny." I smiled down at her. "Somethings bothering you. Are you afraid it's going to have diabetes?" She asked, sincer. "Yea, that's what i'm worrying about." I covered. "Don't worry about it hunny. Either way, we'll still love it." Her lips attached to mine. As i started to deepen the kiss, she bit my lip. "Ow!" I hissed, jumping back. "Oh, i'm sorry." She snickered. "Why'd you do that?" I asked. "I'm not in the modd today. "You're such a gentle men." She praised, as i got in the car. "Does that mean i get a kiss?" I asked, pursing my lips. She kissed them then buckled her seatbelt. "Meet me on the beach. I have to change." I gave her a passitionit kiss before she struted down to the beach, got did i love her butt. I shookm my head and pulled off my shirt. Someone whislted as they walked by. A girl with a bikkin bottom that was eating her butt blew me a kiss. "I'm married." I shouted to her. She scoffed and walked away. "By the way, your butt is eating your shorts." I cracked up. I pulled out my guitar and the basket. I ran down to the beach, making sure she didn't see me. She was about to turn but i shouted, "FREEZE!" She froze. I gently grabbed her arms and pulled her head to my mouth. "I have a surprise." I whispered. The corners of her mouth pulled up. She closed her eyes and i sprinted back to the checkered blanket i layed out. I opened the basket and placed some sandwhiches out and a bottle of Champagen. I hung the guitar strap from my shoulders. "Open." I smiled as she turned around. "Aw Nicky! It's beautiful. You know how much i love picnics." She glided over and layed ontop of me. The guitar only seperating us. "Thank you." She breathed, as she traced my lips. She leaned down and pecked my lips. As she stood up, i cleared my head and began strumming the guitar. "Hello beautiful, how's it going?" She smiled, then fed me a grape. I started singing to her, but soon stopped to eat with her. She layed her head on my chest while eating her sandwhich. "You're my table. You now have crumbs in your belly button." She laughed. A white buble flashed as i poured her some champagen. "Why can't they ever give us a brake?" I growled. She touched my arm, thoughtfully. "Don't mind them." She swigged the last of her drink and hopped up. "Lets go swimming!" She cheered. I stood up with her and we walked into the water. I stayed in the shallow end, as she kept going deeper into it. "Come on. Nothing's gonna happen." She splashed water on me. I played with the black box in my pocket, This is the best time to do it. I thought to myself.
